EDA Lee County, Virginia

    The Economic Development Authority of Lee County, Virginia invites proposals from qualified, independent certified public accounting firms to provide annual auditing services.

Services include:

   • Annual independent audit of financial statements (GAAS/Yellow Book)

   • Auditor's report and management letter

   • Internal controls and compliance review

   • Presentation of findings to the Authority's Board

Proposals must include:

   • Firm qualifications and relevant governmental audit experience

   • Key personnel assigned and their credentials

    • Proposed audit approach and timeline

    • Fee proposal with hourly rate breakdown

  • Three references from comparable engagements
