The object of this suit is to enforce the lien for taxes assessed by the City of Norton, Virginia against certain real property designated on the City's tax map as LOT 4 BLOCK 66, Map No. 464-1-66-4, Tax ID No. 232N1605.

An affidavit having been made and filed stating that due diligence has been used, without effect, to ascertain the identity and location of certain parties to be served, that the last known addresses for Respondents Janice Page, Deceased, and Estate of Janice Page are unknown, therefore, it is hereby ADJUDGED, ORDERED, and DECREED that any such parties must appear on or before the 31st day of March, 2026, and do whatever is necessary to protect their interests in said property.

It is FURTHER ORDERED, pursuant to Va. Code Ann. § 8.01-321, as amended, that this Order of Publication be published once in The Coalfield Progress, a newspaper of general circulation in the City of Norton, Virginia, and that a copy be posted at the front door of the courthouse at Wise, Virginia.
