HEARING on a change to Wise County’s FY 2024-2025 budget

NOTICE

    The Wise County Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on Thursday,  May 8, 2025 at 6:00pm in the School Board Education Center located on Lake Street in Wise for the purpose of receiving public comments on a change to Wise County’s FY 2024-2025 budget in the amount of approximately $4,172,972, which is an amount greater than 1% of the adopted Wise County FY 2024-2025 budget.  Approximately $4,078,376 for general fund grants for various departments, $7,426 for fees collected, $87,170 for interest earned and debt service funding.
