ORDER OF PUBLICATION

    The object of this suit is to enforce the lien of the Complainant, County of Wise, Virginia, for delinquent real estate taxes against certain real property located in the County of Wise, Virginia, described as follows:

Tax Map No. 038 ( ) 110

Account No. 009208

    All that certain lot, piece, or parcel of real property, together with any improvements thereon and appurtenances thereunto belonging, lying and being situate in Wise County, Virginia, on the Highway leading from Wise to Hurricane, and more particularly described as follows:

     BEGINNING at a point in the southeastern edge of said highway, a corner to the land now or formerly of Shupe (formerly Day land); thence with said Shupe line S. 74 15 E. 276.82 feet to a poplar by a spring; thence N. 13 24 W. with line now or formerly of Arlie Baker 162.2 feet to a point in the edge of said highway; thence with said highway as it meanders to the point of BEGINNING, containing about one and one-half (1 1/2) acre, more or less.

   And being the same real property conveyd to Billy George Bevins and Mary Cathernleen Bevins by Deed dated January 20, 1967 and recorded July 17, 1971 among the records of the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Wise County, Virginia in Deed Book 435 at Page 300.

    This description is made subject to all easements, conditions, agreements, restrictions, and reservations of record which affect the property herein described.

      IT APPEARING that an Affidavit has been made and filed stating that due diligence has been used, without effect, to ascertain the identity and location of certain parties to be served, that the last known addresses for the Respondents herein are as follows: Billy G. Bevins a/k/a Billy George Bevins, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is c/o Jackie Hamilton, 3034 Sanctuary Road, Coeburn, Virginia  24230; Mary Cathernleen Bevins, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Lucille Bevins Dunn, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Lawrence W. Dunn, whose last known address is unknown; Shaun Matthew Bevins, whose last known address is P.O. Box 893, Norton, Virginia  24273; Molly Bevins Hamilton, whose last known address is 3034 Sanctuary Road, Coeburn, Virginia  24230; and that any officers, heirs, devisees, and successors in title of the Respondent named herein are made parties Respondent to this action individually and/or by the general description of Parties Unknown, it is hereby 

     ORDERED that the parties herein and all Parties Unknown and/or whose location cannot be ascertained appear on or before May 12, 2025 in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Wise, Virginia, and do what may be necessary to protect their interests in this cause.
