Any person who is an heir, devisee, or successor in title to any defendant named herein, and/or any other persons who may, by virtue of inheritance, intestacy conveyance transfer or otherwise, have an interest in the Estate of Nolan Stevenson Bloomer, Jr., Deceased all of whom are “Parties Unknown”.

SHOW CAUSE ORDER

      It appearing that this action seeks a judicial determination of the lawful heirs and persons having an interest in the Estate of Nolan Stevenson Bloomer, Jr., Deceased, and their respective interests; and, it appearing that a report of the accounts of Martha S. McCarroll, personal representative of the estate of Nolan Stevenson Bloomer, Jr., deceased, and of the debts and demands against his estate has been filed in the Clerk's Office, and that six (6) months have elapsed since the qualification, on motion of Martha S. McCarroll, personal representative; and 

   An Affidavit having been signed affirming that there may be unknown parties in interest in the Estate of Nolan Stevenson Bloomer, Jr., whose names and addresses are unknown; 

     it is hereby ORDERED that all unknown parties in interest appear on or before February 18, 2025 at 10:00 a.m.at the Wise County, Virginia Circuit Court and do whatever is necessary to protect their interests and that the creditors of and all others interested in, the Estate of Nolan Stevenson Bloomer, Jr., show cause, if they can, on the 18th day of February, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. before this Court at its courtroom, against the payment and delivery of the Estate of Nolan Stevenson Bloomer, Jr., deceased, to the distributes, without requiring refunding bonds.

    It is further ORDERED that this Order of Publication and Show Cause Order be published once a week for four (4) consecutive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation in Wise County, Virginia.
