The object of this suit is to enforce the lien of the Complainant, County of Wise, Virginia, for delinquent real estate taxes against certain real property located in the County of Wise, Virginia, described as follows:

All that certain lot, piece, or parcel of real property, together with any improvements thereon and appurtenances thereunto belonging, lying and being situate in the Town of Appalachia, Wise County, Virginia, being more particularly described as follows:

LOTS Twenty-Six (26) and Twenty-Seven (27) in Block Thirty-two (32) on Plat Six (6) of Keystone Coal & Iron Company, Inc., with Certificate of Dedication, in Plat Book 103, Page 1.

Excepting and reserving, nevertheless, title all minerals and mining rights which were previously conveyed by deeds of record, all recording being in the Office of Clerk of Circuit Court of Wise County, Virginia.

And being the same real property conveyed to Donald R. Wallace from Alpha J. Wallace, widow, by Deed dated January 9, 1981 and recorded May 13, 1981 among the records of the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Wise County, Virginia in Deed Book 552 at Page 631.

This description is made subject to all easements, conditions, agreements, restrictions, and reservations of record which affect the property herein described including but not limited to those recorded in Instrument Number 201405586.

IT APPEARING that an Affidavit has been made and filed stating that due diligence has been used, without effect, to ascertain the identity and location of certain parties to be served, that the last known addresses for the Respondents herein are as follows: Donald R. Wallace, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is 342 Callahan Avenue, Appalachia, Virginia 24216; Anna L. Wallace Tennigkeit, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Alpha Elizabeth Wallace Waugaman, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Pamela Waugaman, whose last known address is unknown; George Preston Wallace, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Joan Elizabeth Begley, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Dorothy Jean Wallace, whose last known address is unknown; Harry Edward Earl Wallace, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Nancy McLaughlin, whose last known address is unknown; Marcha Malone, whose last known address is unknown; Pamela Edgil, whose last known address is unknown; Judy Hill, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; James Malone, whose last known address is unknown; Dorothy P. Wallace Evans, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; and that any officers, heirs, devisees, and successors in title of the Respondent named herein are made parties Respondent to this action individually and/or by the general description of Parties Unknown, it is hereby

ORDERED that the parties herein and all Parties Unknown and/or whose location cannot be ascertained appear on or before February 12, 2025 in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Wise, Virginia, and do what may be necessary to protect their interests in this cause.
