RANDALL CLAY MULLINS

Randall Clay Mullins, age 74, of Bristol, Tennessee, passed away on Thursday, July 20, 2023. He was born on August 16, 1948, a son of the late Melvin Mullins and Grace Fritz Mullins of Pound, VA. Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his loving wife, Nancy Tipton Mullins; two brothers, Daniel Lee Mullins and Thomas Wayne Mullins; and a son, Daniel Wayne Mullins. Randall enjoyed hunting and fishing in his spare time. He always loved to spend time with his family and spoil his grandkids.

He is survived by a daughter, Kelly Speed of Florida; two grandchildren, Courtney Speed-Tolver and Nicholas Speed, both of Georgia; a great grandson, Devin Bryant Tolver of Georgia; and several nieces and nephews.

No formal services will be held at this time.
