The object of this suit is to enforce the lien of the Complainant, County of Wise, Virginia, for delinquent real estate taxes against certain real property located in the County of Wise, Virginia, described as follows:

Tax Map No. 076 () 040B

Account No. 015371

All that certain tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being near the community of Irondale, Wise County, Virginia, being a part of the Payne heirs land, more particularly bounded and described as follows, to wit:

BEGINNING at a point in the center of Sawmill Branch Road, the northeast corner of a larger tract conveyed to W. H. Robinette, and others, by Marvin E. Teague, et ux, by deed dated March 28, 1949, of record in the Clerk's Office of Wise County, Virginia, in Deed Book 289, page 345; thence with the center of said road S 1-48 E 71.7 feet; thence leaving said road B 77-03 W 110 feet; thence N 70-35 W 1157.6 feet to a pipe; thence N 0-30 E 316.7 feet; thence S 63-30 E. 1344 feet, more or less, to the BEGINNING, containing 6.14 acres, more or less.

And being the same real Property conveyed to Maurilio Garcia and Viola Garcia from William Ashley and Pearl Ashley by Deed dated October 26, 1954 and recorded in the October 27, 1954, in the Office of the Circuit Court Clerk of Wise County, Virginia, in Deed Book 321, at Page 517.

This description is made subject to all easements, conditions, agreements, restrictions, and reservations of record which affect the property herein described.

IT APPEARING that an Affidavit has been made and filed stating that due diligence has been used, without effect, to ascertain the identity and location of certain parties to be served, that the last known addresses for the Respondents herein are as follows: Maurilio Garcia , who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is 1719 Artesian Well Hollow Road , Big Stone Gap , Virginia 24219; Viola Garcia aka Viola Clark Garcia, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is 1719 Artesian Well Hollow Road , Big Stone Gap , Virginia 24219; Esther Garcia , whose last known address is unknown; and that any officers, heirs, devisees, and successors in title of the Respondent named herein are made parties Respondent to this action individually and/or by the general description of Parties Unknown, it is hereby

ORDERED that the parties herein and all Parties Unknown and/or whose location cannot be ascertained appear on or before July 6, 2022 in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Wise, Virginia, and do what may be necessary to protect their interests in this cause.
