Chamber’s 66th annual dinner & gala set for August

February 11, 2021

The Wise County/City of Norton Chamber of Commerce’s 66th Annual Dinner & Gala/Silent Auction will be held Saturday, Aug. 14, at David J. Prior Convocation Center. This event has been scheduled later in the year as to allow time for our community to recover from the COVID-19 Pandemic.

The Gala festivities will begin at 7 p.m. There will be a Silent Auction, but it is undetermined at this time if it will be in-person or virtual. The theme for this year’s event is “Murder on the Chamber Express.” Dress is black tie optional but 1930’s attire is encouraged.

More information regarding seating and tables/tickets will be released as it becomes available. All table sponsors will be listed on the dinner program, press releases, and also in the Chamber’s newsletter.

Although the event has been scheduled later in the year, we are still able to accept table sponsorships and donations for the Silent Auction.

In addition to dinner and dancing, the event will feature the presentation of the 2020 Outstanding Citizen of the Year Award and Distinguished Service Award.
