JACK LEONARD VAUGHN

Jack Leonard Vaughn, 33, passed away December 30, 2020 in his home. Jack resided in Wise, VA close to his family.

Jack was a 2006 graduate from John I. Burton High School.

Jack was preceded in death by his parents Leonard and Portia Vaughn.

Surviving siblings Sherry Porter, Alishia Vaughn and Portia Martinez; brothers-in-law Joseph Porter and Michael Martinez; his niece Brook, nephew Braydon, and niece Keaira.

The family will hold a Memorial Service for family and close friends.
