Michael Bolling, 58, of Arlington, VA, formerly of Wise, VA, passed away Thursday, December 24, 2020, at Norton Community Hospital in Norton.

Michael was born at the old St. Mary’s Hospital in Norton, Va. on September 21, 1962. He was a 1981 graduate of J.J. Kelly High School. He graduated from George Mason University in Fairfax, Va. in 1997 with a degree in Graphics Arts and Computing. He was preceded in death by both sets of grandparents, Kedric and Ruble Carter and Elmer and Genevieve Bolling.

He is survived by his parents Norris and Nancy Bolling of Wise. In addition to his parents Michael leaves behind three very precious friends, Joseph Vescio, Barbara Lamos and Lollie Yager who reside in Arlington and Falls Church, Va. two special aunts, Joy O’Roark and Cathy Powers of Tennessee, a special uncle, Joe Bolling of Wise and a host of other friends and relatives whom he loved dearly.

The family will gather at Hagy & Fawbush Funeral Home Wednesday, Dec. 30 at 11 a.m.. Visitation will be at noon Wednesday. Funeral services will be conducted at 1 pm in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Darrell Bolling officiating. Burial will follow in the Hensley-Addington Cemetery, Rocky Fork Rd., Wise, Va. Pallbearers will be relatives and friends.

Michael, mom and dad loved you dearly and miss you so much, but someday we will meet you on the other side. What a glorious day that will be.
