The object of this suit is to enforce the lien of the Complainant, County of Wise, Virginia, for delinquent real estate taxes against certain real property located in the County of Wise, Virginia, described as follows:

All that certain tract or parcel of land, together with improvements thereon, located in the Town of Pound, Wise County, Virginia, more particularly bounded and described as follows, to-wit:

Beginning at an iron pin in the southern right of way line of Business Route 23, a corner to Lot 14 and Lot 15 of the “Wright Addition to Cumberland City, Pound, Wise County, Virginia” (Plat Book 201, at Page 2); thence with Lot 15, S 07-04-43 E 55.00 feet to an iron pin on the bank of the Pound River; thence up the said river, S 30-39-25 W 67.84 feet to an iron pin; thence with a division line through the property now or formerly owned by Earl Kiser, N 34-52-15 W 81.14 feet to an iron pin in the southern right of way line of Business Route 23; thence with the said right of way line, N 58-00-03 E 87.50 feet to the beginning containing 0.108 acres, more or less, and being comprised of part of Lots 11, 12, 13, and 14, J.M. Wright Addition, as shown on a “Plat Prepared For: Earl Kiser” by Roy K. Balthis, CLS on March 29, 1991, of record in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Wise County, Virginia, in Deed Book 708, at Page 467, to which reference is hereby made for a more particular description of the property herein described.

And being the same property conveyed to Charles C. Boggs and Joseph E. Boggs from William Earl Kiser and Billie B. Kiser, his wife, by Deed dated April 8, 1991, and recorded April 11, 1991, in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Wise County, Virginia, in Deed Book 708, at Page 464.

This description is made subject to all easements, conditions, agreements, restrictions, and reservations of record which affect the property herein described including but not limited to those recorded in Deed Book 708, at Page 464.

IT APPEARING that an Affidavit has been made and filed stating that due diligence has been used, without effect, to ascertain the identity and location of certain parties to be served, that the last known addresses for the Respondents herein are as follows: Charles C. Boggs, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is 146 Ricks Lane, Clintwood, Virginia 24228; Wade Boggs, whose last known address is 655 Clintwood Main Street, Clintwood, Virginia 24228; Wesley Boggs, whose last known address is 721 Golf Course Road, Waynesville, North Carolina 28786; Joesph E. Boggs, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is 19486 Heritage Drive, Abingdon, Virginia 24211; Nesbitt Yvonne Rasnick, whose last known address is 19486 Heritage Drive, Abingdon, Virginia 24211; Dan Roy Boggs, whose last known address is 12189 Arbor Street, Meadowview, Virginia 24361; and that any officers, heirs, devisees, and successors in title of the Respondent named herein are made parties Respondent to this action individually and/or by the general description of Parties Unknown, it is hereby

ORDERED that the parties herein and all Parties Unknown and/or whose location cannot be ascertained appear on or before September 30, 2024 in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Wise, Virginia, and do what may be necessary to protect their interests in this cause.
