The object of this suit is to seek the Court's Aid and Guidance on the proper interpretation of the Last Will and Testament of Terry Oscar Rollins, Jr. and for adjudication on the distribution of certain real estate owned by Terry Oscar Rollins, Jr. at his death and located in Big Stone Gap, County of Wise, Virginia, and more particularly described as follows:

BEING Lots Numbers SEVENTEEN (17) and EIGHTEEN (18) in Block 135, Plat 5, Town of Big Stone Gap, Virginia, and being the same property conveyed to Mary I Duncan by deed from Lois Duncan Carter, Executrix of the Last Will and Testament of Eleanor Middleton, and E. Frank Duncan, Ancillary Administrator with the Will annexed of Eleanor Middleton, Dated December 7, 1965, and of record in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Wise County, Virginia, in Deed Book 409, page 321.

IT APPEARING that an Affidavit has been made and filed stating that due diligence has been used, without effect to ascertain the identity and location of certain parties to be served, that the last known address of the Respondents KIM ROLLINS (Address Unknown); ETTAPEARSON (Address Unknown) and SALLY ROLLINS (Address Unknown); and that any officers, heirs, devisees, and successors in title of the Respondents named herein are made parties Respondent to this action individually and/or by the general description of Parties unknown, it is hereby,

ORDERED that the parties herein and all Parties Unknown and/or whose location cannot be ascertained appear on or before November 1, 2023 in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Wise, Virginia, and do what may be necessary to protect their interests in this cause.
