FRANKLIN L. MULLINS JR.

Franklin L. Mullins, Jr. 41, of Wise, passed away Sunday October 24, 2021 from Heritage Hall-Clintwood, VA after an extended illness.
Franklins was of the Christian faith. He was a former warehouseman for Kraft Foods. Franklin was prankster and loved to get a good joke or prank on his friends. He loved music and was an accomplished guitar player.Franklin also loved to read poetry and wrote a lot of it.
Franklin was preceded in death by his mother Shirley (Shephard) Mullins; his sisters Darlene Mullins, Charlene

Baldwin and Jennifer Mullins; his maternal grandparents Archie and Lois Shephard; and his paternal grandmother

Survivors include his father Franklin Mullins-Wise, VA; his sister Greta Lambert-Mt. Jackson, VA; a niece Lorna Beth Mullins and fiancé Austin Little-Wise, VA; a nephew Justin Winkle and companion Ashante Zander-Big Stone Gap, VA; and a host of relatives, friends and loved ones.
As per Franklin’s wishes he will be cremated and a celebration of life service will be held at a later date.
