INVITATION TO BID

The Town of Appalachia is seeking bids on one new, 2021 pickup truck. Bids must be submitted to the Town of Appalachia at PO Box 112, Appalachia, VA 24216, or hand delivered to 508 W Main Street, Appalachia, VA. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “VEHICLE BID” and the opening date and time MUST be included on the outside of the envelope. All bids must be received by APRIL 9, 2021 AT 2:00 PM. Bids will be opened in the presence of witnesses on that date and time. Bidders are welcome to attend. NO LATE BIDS WILL BE ACCEPTED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES AND WILL BE RETURNED TO THE SENDER UNOPENED.
