The object of this suit is to enforce the lien for taxes assessed by the City of Norton, Virginia against certain real estate designated on the City Tax Map as Lot 5 Block 94, Tax Map #496-394-5.

An affidavit having been made and filed and that there are or may be persons interested in the subject property because they are the heirs, devisees, and successors in title to Lillie Mae McCrary a/k/a Lillie Mae McCray, who may be deceased, whose addresses are unknown, it is hereby ORDERED that the parties appear on or before the 26th day of February, 2021 and do whatever is necessary to protect their interests in said land.

It is FURTHER ORDERED pursuant to Section 8.01-321 of the Code of Virginia of 1950, as amended, that this Order of Publication be published once a week for two successive weeks in the Coalfield Progress, a newspaper of general circulation in the City of Norton, Virginia and that a copy be posted at the front door of the courthouse at Wise, Virginia.
