IN THE MATTER OF THE ADOPTION OF THE MINOR CHILD TO BE KNOWN AS HAILEY SHEA KILGORE, a minor, born, MARCH 2, 2016.

ORDER OF PUBLICATION

The object of the above-styled suit is an adoption of a child to be known as Hailey Shea Kilgore. And, it appearing by affidavit filed according to law that Brittany Danielle McReynolds, the above-named respondent is the biological mother of the child to be known as Hailey Shea Kilgore, whose last known to live in the St. Paul area of Wise County, Virginia, and Travis Lynn Kilgore, is the biological father of the child to be known as Hailey Shea Kilgore, whose last known to live in the St. Paul area of Wise County, Virginia it is therefore ORDERED that the said Brittany Danielle McReynolds and Travis Lynn Kilgore appear on or before the 15th day of March, 2021, at 1:00 p.m. in the Clerk's Office of this Court and do what is necessary to protect their interest.

And, it is further ORDERED that this order be published once a week for four successive weeks in the Coalfield Progress, a newspaper of general circulation in Wise County and the City of Norton; that a copy of this order be posted at the front door of the courthouse wherein this court is held; and that a copy of this order be mailed to the defendant at the address shown by the aforesaid affidavit.
