Notice is hereby given that Appalachian Power Company, dba AEP, is requesting a permit from Virginia Marine Resources Commission to construct eight (8) individual aerial stream crossings of the Pound River, Bold Camp Creek, and Meade Fork, totaling 478 linear feet, to install a seven (7) mile nonelectric telecom cable, with no instream work, along portions of Route 840 in Wise County.
