The object of this suit is to enforce the lien of the Complainant, County of Wise, Virginia, for delinquent real estate taxes against certain real property located in the County of Wise, Virginia, described as follows:

All of that certain lot or parcel of land, together with any improvements thereon and appurtenances thereunto belonging, lying and being situate in the Town of Appalachia, Wise County, Virginia and being more particularly described as follows:

Being all of Lots One (1), Two (2), and Three (3) of Block Four (4) of Wise Realty Corporation Plat No. Three (3) to the Town of Appalachia, Virginia, with reference to said plat for a more particular description of said lots.

However, there is excepted the following described property:

BEGINNING at the northeastern corner of said Lot 1 of Block 4 Wise Realty Corporation Plat No. 3; thence in a northwesterly direction and along the edge of Lot 1 a distance of sixty-five (65) feet; thence in a general southwesterly direction in a straight line and parallel to the eastern edge of Lots 1 and 2 a distance of eighty-two (82) feet; thence in a general southwesterly direction and parallel to the northern edge of Lot 1 sixty-five (65) feet to the eastern edge of Lot 3; thence in a general northeasterly direction and along the eastern edge of Lots 3, 2, and 1 a distance of eighty-two feet to the BEGINNING. The property hereby is a rectangle sixty-five (65 x 82) by eighty-two feet and is a portion of Lots 1, 2, and 3.

There is also excepted a right-of-way for the owner of the sixty-five (65 x 82) by eighty-two rectangle portion that is excepted in this deed over the existing driveway that is partly on Lot 2 and partly on Lot 3 and this right-of-way is an easement running with the land.

Being the same property conveyed to Alma Neal from Shelia S. Neal by Warranty Deed dated May 24, 1995 and recorded June 5, 1995 in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Wise County, Virginia in Deed Book 803 at Page 040.

This description is made subject to all easements, conditions, agreements, restrictions, and reservations of record which affect the property herein described.

IT APPEARING that an Affidavit has been made and filed stating that due diligence has been used, without effect, to ascertain the identity and location of certain parties to be served, that the last known addresses for the Respondents herein are as follows: Alma Neal, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is 1515 Boggs Road, Rutledge, Tennessee 37861; Charles Elbert Neal Jr., who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; and that any officers, heirs, devisees, and successors in title of the Respondent named herein are made parties Respondent to this action individually and/or by the general description of Parties Unknown, it is hereby

ORDERED that the parties herein and all Parties Unknown and/or whose location cannot be ascertained appear on or before June 17, 2020 in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Wise, Virginia, and do what may be necessary to protect their interests in this cause.
