The object of this suit is for the appointment of a special commissioner to convey unto Appalachian Community Action & Development, Inc., all of the undivided right, title and interests of the defendants in satisfaction of a Deed of Trust Note dated February 15, 2001, in and to the following described property located on the south side of Whetstone Mountain and the north side of the State Highway leading from St. Paul to Coeburn, bounded and described as follows:

Lot No. One: Beginning at a small chestnut on the north edge of the Hillman and Long Roadway, a corner to the Will Wright lot; thence in a Western course with said roadway, on the north side, to a set stone, a corner to C. W. Hileman at the edge of the State Highway; thence up the hill with the C. W. Hileman line about 450 feet to a black pine, a comer in said Hileman line; thence in a Northeast course with his line about 107 feet to a stake a corner to Will Wright, thence down the hill with his line to the beginning, containing one acre more or less.

Lot No. Two: Adjoins the above lot No. One and described as follows:

BEGINNING at a large black pine stump, north of the State Highway a corner to tract No. One, thence in a northern course to a stake in J. E. Hileman's line; thence in an eastern course with his line to a stake in a mountain drain; thence in a southern course with the meanders of said mountain drain to a maple; thence in a western course a straight line to the Beginning, containing two (2) acres more or less.

An Affidavit having been made and signed that the defendants, Jewel Sykes, Patty Murphy and Elizabeth Murphy, are of unknown whereabouts, it is hereby ORDERED that the defendants, or all of those claiming by or through them, appear on or before June 10, 2020, and do whatever is necessary to protect their interests in said properties.

It is further ORDERED that this Order of Publication be published once a week for four (4) consecutive weeks in the Coalfield Progress, a newspaper of general circulation in Wise County, Virginia.
